EXPRESSION OF DESIGN THINKING
By studying this course, students can acquaint themselves with the basic knowledge of design thinking & expression and master the basic skills of this course. It focuses on the cultivation and training of students’ ability to observe, analyze, understand and express things with a scientific and rigorous method. Students are required to be familiar with the basic theories of design thinking& expression, and engage themselves mainly in actual training. Through the study of this course, students are expected to skillfully master the fundamental ways and techniques of design thinking and modeling basics, and set up a firm foundation for future specialized courses.

What you can learn?
It is a basic course in the major of industrial design. With design thinking and expression as its two elements, the course is an extremely important basic course for industrial design students of this major. Main content includes: Understanding and intelligent use of different design tools, which includes: Brainstorming, Mindmap, Scenario, Storyboard, Moodboard etc; outstanding design cases & design studios analysis; basic nature and features of product design drawing; basic structural analysis and modeling training.
